Cameroonian side Coton Sport are counting on home support to overturn a 2-0 deficit against Ahli in the second-leg of the CAF Champions League final on Sunday.

Despite having an impressive home record in this year's competition, Coton Sport's task to cause an upset will be no easy.

Ahli are yet to taste defeat in Africa's premier competition and look determined to win an unprecedented sixth Champions League title.

But Coton coach Alain Ouombleon believes that home support may tip the scales in his side's favor.

"The fans will come to the game in their numbers to support the team as this strategy has helped us from the start of this competition," he told BBC Sport.

"We need to take a lot of risk if we are to win the trophy and that is by finding the right balance between the attack and defense.

"That is why it is important that our supporters should not only buy their tickets and sit to watch the game but they must give their best support."

Nine-time Cameroonian champions Coton will be seeking to win their first ever continental title at the expense of Ahli.
