They will represent the participating countries – South Africa, Italy, Brazil, Egypt, Iraq, New Zealand, Spain and the United States.

Miss Egypt Sanaa Hamed will represent the six-time African champions.

Egypt coach Hassan Shehata has recently flown to Johannesburg to attend the anticipated draw.
