The win lifts Udinese to top spot in Group 4 with nine points, while Zagreb lost any hope of making it to the knock-out round with three points in the group's bottom.

Fabio Quagliarella and Cristian Obodo scored Udinese's goals on 5 and 79 minutes, while Igor Biscan hit the net for Dinamo in the 90th minute.

In the same group, NEC Nijmegen came back from a goal down to beat Spartak Moscow 2-1.

After Sergei kovalchuk broke the deadlock for Spartak in the 2nd minute, Lasse Schone and Jon van Beukering scored twice in the last five minutes to earn NEC the three points.

The Dutch side are now in third place of the group, same on three points with Spartak.
