The Catalans are taking the lead of the Primera Liga with 32 points after registering a series of victories.

"He was the best player at Arsenal, top goal scorer for France and is a world class player," The former AS Roma player told Barca's official website.

"Now he has the capability to do things that he did not do before. He is here to do what the team needs."

Guardiola also paid tribute to the rest of his players, asserting their hard work earned the team the top spot in the league.

"Thanks to Henry's efforts and ability, and that of many others, we are the leaders," he added.
