On the other hand, Mokhtar Mokhtar's men made a bid of EGP 2 million and 500,000.

Presumably, both parties couldn't reach a compromise.

Furthermore, Moharam played down suggestions that his side want to run the rule over Zamalek defender Karim Zekri.

"We have no intention of landing Zekri," he added.
