Telecom marketing manager Abdul-Hakim Sorour confirmed the deal completion, saying the player has already signed for his team.

"Mousa took part in his first training session with us on Wednesday," Sorour told FilGoal.com.

"He also featured in the 2-1 friendly win over Kuwait club."

The 29-year-old, who plays either as a full or center back, is expected to be a good addition to Telecom's rearguard.

On the other hand, Telecom released Ghanaian goalie William Amamoo, who endured a recent run of poor displays for the team.

Telecom, who lie 12th in the Egyptian Premier League table, disposed of Amamoo days after signing Suez Cement's Wissam Ismail.
