ENPPI coach Anwar Salama revealed the strategy he plotted for the Egyptian Cup semi-final encounter against Petrojet on Monday.

"We will mainly try to pile up pressure from both flanks, and thus wingers Ahmed Al-Muhammadi and Abdallah Ragab are going to play a major role," the tactician told FilGoal.com.

"On top of that, frontline duo Ahmed Raouf and Vincent Die Foneye have to be constantly fed ,they might be able to score an early opener."

Salama believes he has put his finger on his opponents' weaknesses, which might be his key to success.

Less Motivated

On the other hand, Petrojet boss Mokhtar Mokhtar seemed optimistic about his team's chances to reach the final.

The former Ahli assistant coach reckons that his men are really determined to clinch a victory.

"We are seeking to claim our first title, that's why we are so keen to win the game," Mokhtar explained

"ENPPI have won the Egyptian Cup before, therefore I assume they will be less motivated."

A good number of Petrojet key players are either injured or suspended, and yet, Mokhtar is convinced the replacements will fill the voids competently.

Playmaker Walid Soliman is going to feature for Petorjet for the last time before joining Saudi Arabia's Ahli on a loan deal till the end of the current season.

Also in the cup semi-final, Harras Hodoud will take on Asyut Petroleum in the semi final round later on.
