Tottenham coach Harry Redknapp is thought to have made an inquiry about the 28-year-old's availability, Sky Sports said.

Redknapp is apparently seeking to sign a new striker despite the recent arrival of Jermain Defoe, who rejoined Spurs from Portsmouth earlier this month.
