The Cairo club’s official website confirmed that the board were able to send Koffi’s international card to the Egyptian FA on time for registering the player.

Zamalek captured Koffi on a loan deal until the end of the season from Societe Omnisports Armee in the Ivorian league for a fee of $75,000.

The under 21 international, was his country’s league vice-top-scorer with 16 goals in 23 games last term.

Koffi will now be eligible to play for Zamalek against Ghazl Mahalla on Thursday.

Zamalek are currently sixth in the Egyptian Premier League table with 21 points from 15 games.
