Henry was impressive

Barcelona ace Thierry Henry admitted that Sunday's 4-3 loss at Atletico Madrid in La Liga was frustrating, adding his hopes that it won't be a distraction ahead of the Catalans' Copa del Rey semi-final.

Sergio Aguero hit a late winner to give Atletico a dramatic home win over Josep Guardiola's side, who gained a sole point from their last three matches.

"Nobody likes to lose a game, but it is necessary to forget about tonight's match and focus straight away on the Copa del Rey and think about winning again in La Liga," Henry said after the game.

"Tomorrow is another day. Now, we must concentrate on beating Mallorca in the Copa to advance to the final."

The French ace bagged a brace either side of the interval, but it wasn't enough for Barca to salvage a point at Vicente Calderon.

Henry refused to cite exhaustion as a reason behind Barcelona's recent unpleasant results, following a splendid run over the past four months.

"I do not believe that the problem is because we are tired. The physical training conditions have nothing to do with it. I, personally, am feeling fine," he concluded.

Now Barcelona are only four points clear at the top of the Spanish league table, while their arch-rivals Real Madrid lie second with 56 points.
