Cannavaro will be out of contract at Santiago Bernabeu by the end of the current season, and the 35-year-old said that he's not held any talks with the Rossoneri officials.

"I have a contract with Real Madrid until June. The stories about Milan are only chatter," Cannavaro was quoted as saying by Football Italia.

The former Juventus man didn’t rule out the possibility of hanging up his boots come the end of his spell with Real.

"The future is not my principal problem and if I were to stop I would still have had a wonderful career."

Cannavaro considered by stressing that he is only focused on his Real's campaign for the time being.

"Whoever wants me can call my agent. I am now thinking about the end of the season in Spain and how Real can catch Barcelona.
