Brazil coach Dunga maintained the criticism of AC Milan's medical staff, amid the continuous injury problems of Kaka and Ronaldinho.

Dunga asserted Kaka's comments last week that he gets better when he is treated with the Selecao.

"Kaka and Ronaldinho are always injured there, while we get them back in shape," the 1994 World champion said.

"Milan have one way of acting, we have another. Kaka is always injured at Milan and this is the second time we have got him back on his feet.

"All it took with us was three days to let him play 30 minutes, whereas with the Rossoneri he couldn’t play at all."

Dunga's comments also follow Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti's implications that he rejects the accusations of the Brazilian camp towards his staff.

However, Dunga hinted that he will take matters into his own hands regarding the fitness of Ronaldinho, who was struggling in his recent months at San Siro.

"Ronaldinho is an important player for us that we want to get back to his best for the World Cup in 2010. He is a great champion and we’ll try to recuperate him," Dunga added.

Brazil are currently second in the South American World Cup qualifiers table after beating Peru at home last week.

The five-time world champions will compete with Egypt, Italy and USA in the FIFA Confederations Cup Group B in June.
