Blanc responded to reports in Gazzetta dello Sport, claiming that the former Chelsea manager's chances of keeping his job with the Bianconeri are limited.

"Ranieri is our coach and whatever results we achieve this season, he will be next season as well," he told reporters on Wednesday.

Juve are now trailing Serie A leaders and defending champions Inter Milan by ten points, but the Juve chief still sees hope of a title challenge.

"Ten points is a lot but the mathematics determines that we're still in the race," he added.

"We have our feet on the ground but our aim is to keep fighting until the last minute. We're confident and focused."
