جوزية مورينيو انتر ميلان
The former Chelsea tactician believes that coaches in Italy are always put under pressure, as clubs in the peninsula don't thoroughly consider sacking decisions.
"England is a paradise for the coaches who can plan for the future without the pressure of winning in the short term," Mourinho told Inter's official website.
"In Italy I think 10 coaches have already been replaced this season. Here there’s the obsession with results, points.
"Those playing for the championship must become champions or it’s a drama. Those playing to stay up must stay in Serie A and if they don’t, the coach gets sacked."
English Example
Mourinho, who won two Premiership titles, one FA Cup and a Carling Cup with Chelsea, took example of the way big English clubs deal with their coaches.
"Arsene Wenger works in tranquillity. Arsenal haven't won a title in four years but he continues his fantastic work with young players," The Portuguese added.
"I think Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez will miss out on winning the Premier League for the fifth time but he continues his fantastic work and his contract gets extended."
Mourinho is on course to winning his first Serie A title this season, as Inter are leading the table with 74 points, ten ahead of their nearest rivals AC Milan.
