The six-time African champions will be taking part in the friendly tournament, which will be held in London at the New Wembley stadium between July 24th and 26th.

After meeting Celtic, Ahli will face Spanish giants Barcelona in the club's final Wembley Cup clash.

The two teams previously met in a friendly in 2004, which was part of Ahli's centennial celebrations.

Due to the club's massive popularity in the Middle East, Ahli were chosen to participate in the competition ahead of Galatasaray and 1860 Munich.

The Egyptian league champions will receive a sum of 100,000 Euros plus travelling expenses for playing in the pre-season tournament.
