Reports linked the 18-year-old forward with a move away from the Nou Camp, with Blackburn Rovers the latest club to be credited with an interest in signing him.
"We have received calls asking about the situation of Bojan but it is still not decided," Beguiristain told Sky Sports on Wednesday.
"The opinion of Guardiola is the key."
Bojan has found it difficult to play on a regular basis this season due to the abundance of attacking talents at Guardiola's disposal.

"I wish to stay at Barcelona because it is possible there will be chances," Bojan said.
"But I also want to speak with the club after the season finishes to clarify matters."
