Bayern Munich would keep hold of Franck Ribery for two more seasons if they wanted to, club general manager Uli Hoeness said.

The France winger has been linked up with Real Madrid and Barcelona, with recent reports claiming the Catalans reached an initial agreement with the Bavarians over a summer deal for the 26-year-old.

On the other hand, Real's presidential candidate Florentino Perez reportedly asked France great Zinedine Zidane to coax his compatriot into joining the club.

Hoeness referred that Bayern are under no pressure to sell Ribery, who's also believed to be eyed by Manchester United.

"It will not be so difficult to keep him. Ribery has a contract for another two years and there is no buy-out clause," Hoeness told the German press.

Rumor has it Bayern won't give Ribery, whose contract runs out in 2011, the thumb up to leave unless they secure a replacement for him.
