The Portuguese tactician will manage the Red Devils for one last game at Angola's Santos in the CAF Confederation Cup on Sunday.

Ahli have been looking for a competent tactician since the announcement of Jose's imminent departure, and the new boss should be appointed by next month.

"The identity of the new coach will be disclosed after the Santos trip. We don't want to distract our players before the game," an Ahli official told FilGoal.com.

"The next coach will either be German or French. We are currently in talks with several candidates but nothing is confirmed."
