Manager-less duo Ahli and Ismaili are contemplating making moves for Portuguese coach Nelo Vingada, FilGoal.com understands.

Both sides are seeking to fill their vacant managerial seat sooner rather than later.

Brazilian Ricardo and Portuguese Manuel Jose left Ismaili and Ahli respectively following the end of the season.

Vingada was the last name to be linked with Egyptian champions Ahli after leaving Iranian side Persepolis last month.

Ahli's fierce rivals Ismaili, who finished second in the Egyptian Premier League, are also keeping tabs on him.

Vingada, 56, led Zamalek to their last league title in 2004. He also had a spell in charge of Egypt's Olympic team, but it was not so successful.

The former Jordan coach's experience in the region might tempt Ismaili and Ahli to offer him the chance to work in Egypt again.
