Borussia Dortmund striker Mohamed Zidan stressed that he is content with life at the Bundesliga club.

The Egyptian international is linked with a move to Premiership side Blackburn Rovers, who are reportedly willing to lure the ex-Hamburg man for €7 million.

But Zidan, who recently impressed for Egypt by scoring twice against Brazil in the FIFA Confederations Cup in South Africa, says he doesn’t want to leave Dortmund.

"I don't think I would make the decision to leave. I am very happy being a member of the Dortmund team," Zidan said.

"I have already signed a contract for four years and I have three years left of that contract, so I still have time to make it at this club."

The 27-year-old, who joined Dortmund in the summer of 2008, scored six goals last season after spending most of the campaign on the Black Yellows' bench.
