Zamalek have finally signed midfielder Ashour Al-Adham from Masri for a fee of EGP 1.25million.

After prolonged negotiations, both clubs worked out a par-exchange deal that saw Amr Al-Safti move in the opposite direction.

The deal also included the transfer of versatile midfielder Mohamed Ibrahim from Zamalek to the Port Said club on a season-long loan.

"Al-Adham has joined Zamalek and we acquired the services of Al-Safti and Ibrahim in a swap deal," Masri president Ali Faragallah revealed.

Al-Adham is the seventh new arrival at the Cairo side this summer.

Michel Decastel's side are set to complete another signing soon, as Moroccan midfielder Abdelkarim Kissi, 29, will undergo medical at Zamalek on Thursday.

Kissi has become a free agent since his contract with Cypriot outfit AEK Larnaca ran out.
