Following a frustrating season with the Red Devils, where he failed to secure a regular spot, Ali joined newly-promoted club Gouna.

"Ahli officials told me that I will receive a monthly salary of EGP50 thousand and that did never happen," the 27-year-old told Modern Sport TV.

"The club also didn’t pay me EGP200 thousand, which were meant to be for advertising rights."

Ali added that Ahli officials pressured him to give up 250 thousand from his financial dues to allow his move to Gouna.
