Masri are set to receive $300,000 from Lierse over the controversial transfer of striker Mohamed Al-Gabbas.
Al-Gabbas suddenly left Masri for the Belgian second-division side, using a loophole in his amateur contract with the Port Said outfit.
Following the blow of losing their marksman, Masri have reached an agreement with Lierse over a fee for their role in developing the player.
"Lierse will pay $300,000 in compensation for signing Al-Gabbas. We will also receive 25% of his next sale," Masri chairman Ali Faragallah told FilGoal.com.
The fact that Lierse chairman Maged Sami is Egyptian facilitated negotiations with the Belgian side, who missed out on a top-flight spot last season.
