Real Madrid striker Klaas Jan Huntelaar is still having second thoughts about joining Stuttgart, the Dutch player's agent said.

Real and Stuttgart have already reached an agreement over Huntelaar's price, but agent Aarnold Oosterveer says his client is yet to make a final decision on the move.

"The German club has reached an agreement with Real Madrid, but not with us, Oosterveer told

"We have to talk, the player needs to evaluate not only the economic aspect, but also the sporting one."

Stuttgart will play in next season's UEFA Champions League after Markus Babbel's men finished third in the Bundesliga table.

Tottenham Possibility

Oosterveer's quotes comes at a time when a number of English reports are suggesting that Tottenham Hotspur are hoping to lure Huntelaar before he signs for Stuttgart.

While Spurs can't offer the former Ajax Amsterdam man Champions League football, the north Londoners are prepared to tempt the 25-year-old with a high wage.

The Dutch international joined Los Merengues from Ajax in January for 20 million Euros.

However, the signing of French striker Karim Benzema made him a surplus to requirements at the club.
