Ahli will take part in the friendly Wembley Cup without influential midfielder Mohamed Barakat due to injury.

The Egypt man has been on the sidelines since the end of last season. He was expected to make a return but he is still not fit enough to be named in the squad.

Despite missing the Egyptian Super Cup game against Harras Hodoud with a minor knock, midfielder Ahmed Hassan is set to play in the tournament.

Newly-signed striker Francis Doe Forkey of Liberia could make his debut for Ahli at the New Wembley after he was named by coach Hossam Al-Badri.

The Red Devils will face Scottish giants Glasgow Celtic on July 24th, before meeting UEFA Champions League holders Barcelona on July 26th.

Ahli's squad for the Wembley Cup:

Goalkeepers: Amir Abdul-Hamid, Ramzi Saleh, Ahmed Adel.

Midfielders: Mohamed Abou-Treika, Ahmed Hassan, Moetaz Eno, Mostafa Shebeta, Abdullah Farouk, Hussein Yasser.

Strikers: Ahmed Belal, Francis Doe Forkey, Osama Hosni, Hani Al-Egeizi.
