Inter Milan coach Jose Mourinho believes that his club will come out winners from exchanging Zlatan Ibrahimovic with Barcelona's Samuel Eto'o, Alexander Hleb plus cash.

All three players have all but signed for Inter and Barca in the deal that will see the Catalans swap Eto'o, loan out Hleb to Inter for one year and pay €50 million for Ibra.

While admitting that no coach would want to lose a striker like Ibrahimovic, Mourinho said that Eto'o is just as good as the Swedish international.

"This seems an extraordinary deal to me, a €100-million deal, the deal of the summer," the Portuguese tactician told La Gazetta dello Sport.

"For me it’s worth 100 million because Eto’o is not worth a euro less than Ibra."

No Tears

The former Chelsea and Porto boss confirmed that the Inter fans will be able to cope with life without Ibrahimovic at San Siro.

"Ibra did everything he could for the club, but he didn’t manage to get fans to fall in love with him though."

"They are not crying about his sale and are ready to love Eto'o," Mourinho added.

Ibrahimovic has scored 66 goals for Inter since he joined the club from Juventus in 2006 following the Old Lady's relegation to Serie B in the aftermath of the Calciopoli scandal.
