Celtic have won the Wembley Cup after claiming a deserved 2-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.

New Zealand strike Chris Killen, who scored in Celtic's thrashing 5-0 victory over Ahli in the friendly tournament's opener, put the Scottish giants in front after nine minutes.

Greece frontman Georgios Samaras wrapped up the win five minutes before the break.

Barcelona, who were held to a 1-1 draw by Tottenham before crushing Ahli 4-1, came second in the tournament with four points.

English side Tottenham are third on one point while Egyptian champions Ahli finished at the bottom.
