The 27-year-old passed a medical at Nou Camp on Monday before signing a five-year contract with the Blaugrana.

The deal will see striker Samuel Eto'o head in the other direction. The Cameroon man was valued at 20 million Euros, taking the deal to 66 million Euros.

The transfer includes loaning out Belarus playmaker Alexander Hleb to Inter for one season, with the possibility if selling him to Inter for 10 million Euros next summer.

Eto'o earlier on Monday sealed the move to Inter before expressing his excitement at signing for Jose Mourinho's men.

"I made history at Barcelona, but that history is finished now. A new story begins at Inter, I’m starting from scratch, I want a new adventure and I hope everything goes well," Eto'o said.

Ibrahimovic will be presented to the Barcelona fans later on Monday.
