Berlusconi believes that Leonardo should use his Brazilian compatriot at a more advanced position than the one he is currently deploying at.

"He (Ronaldinho) shouldn’t play in midfield as he’s wasted there," he was quoted by Italian media.

"It’ll be better if he was further up the field, closer to the penalty area.

"He would win us so many free-kicks and penalties which would give us something more than the other teams."

Berlusconi is known for his interference in tactical decisions since Carlo Ancelotti's reign with Milan during the past few years.
