Stade Malien deliberately disrupted ENPPI's training session on Saturday by cutting off electricity in the pitch, the Egyptian side's football director said on Sunday.

"We will file a complaint to the match commissioner against Stade Malien for the treatment we got," Alaa Abdul-Sadek was quoted as saying on ENPPI's official website.

"We asked Stade Malein's president to intervene and solve the electricity problem but our words fell on deaf ears.

"Lights were turned on with 15 minutes remaining on the session following the intervention of Egyptian ambassador to Mali Hamed Shokri."

Stade Malien host ENPPI on Sunday night in the second-leg of the African Confederation Cup semi-final.

ENPPI, Egyptian Cup winners in 2005, have an uphill to climb after being held to a 2-2 home draw in the first leg.

Diaa Al-Sayed's team are bidding to become the first Egyptian side to win Africa's secondary competition.
