The 29-year-old collided with his teammate Ahmed Fathi after the break while celebrating the Red Devils' second goal, but didn't seem to be hurt at the time.
However, he blacked out right after the final whistle, and was rushed to an ambulance that should have taken him to a hospital.
But Fald regained consciousness in several minutes and got out the ambulance on his own. Now his condition is said to be stable.
"There is nothing serious, Fald has got back to normal in no time," Ahli boss Hossam Al-Badri briefly told FilGoal.com.
Ahli's medical staff examined the former Ismaili player to verify that there was no need to hospitalize him.
Fadl, who has recently recuperated from a serious thigh injury, was introduced as a second-half substitute instead of Mohamed Talaat in Monday's game.
He produced a satisfying performance during the match, having set up the second goal which playmaker Mohamed Abou-Treika scored.
Egypt striker Amr Zaki sustained a head injury in similar fashion months ago, when he inadvertently head-butted his teammate Ahmed Eid while celebrating Abou-Treika's goal in the Pharaohs' friendly with Oman.
