Although they are unbeaten in seven games, the Red Devils have yet to meet any of their title challengers in a quest for a sixth straight title.
The match won't be a walk in the park for Hossam Al-Badri's team as their opposition are also unbeaten in the league under the management of Diaa Al-Sayed.
Former Ahli defender Al-Sayed, who worked in the Cairo giants' youth sector before joining ENPPI last season, is eyeing a positive result against his former club.
"What concerns me is getting a positive result against Ahli, but it won't be easy as they will play at home," said Al-Sayed, who led ENPPI to an impressive 2-1 win over Harras Hodoud last week.
"My team are capable of decoding Ahli's 4-4-2 strategy and I think we proved that against Hodoud."
ENPPI will dethrone Ahli from the summit if they win their three rescheduled matches, which includes Monday's clash.
Team News
For the first time this season, Ahli are at full strength with Egypt quartet Mohamed Abou-Treika, Mohamed Barakat, Ahmed Hassan and Emad Meteb in action.
Strikers Osama Hosni and Ahmed Belal were included at the expense of the out-of-form Mohamed Talaat and the injured Hani Al-Egeizi.
Liberian forward Francis Doe completes his three-match ban, whereas Ahmed Ali and Abdullah Farouk return from suspension.
