Ismaili boss Emad Soliman has backtracked on his decision to step down from his role, following a disagreement with the club's officials.

"The problem is solved and Soliman remains in charge of the team," coastal club president Nasr Aboul-Hassan told FilGoal.com.

Ismaili's board decided to fine each player EGP 30,000 following their goalless draw at Asyut Petroleum in the Egyptian Premier League.

Later on, Soliman handed in his resignation because of the 'club's board interference in his job'.

The rest of the technical staff members also resigned out of respect of Soliman, whose decision was made after a clash with the Dervishes' board members.

Things were settled down during a meeting on Saturday after Soliman was talked into staying along with his backroom boys.

"We agreed that from now on sanctions will be based only on the coaching staff's reports," Aboul-Hassan added.
