The Cairo club put Zaki on the transfer list after he persistently skipped regular training for no apparent reason.

The former Wigan Athletic man was panned by many Zamalek officials for his unjustifiable behavior, and Hassan assured he doesn't want him in his team.

"We are going to be better off without him," Hassan told FilGoal.com. "He's by far undisciplined and we don't need his services.

"He has been behaving like that since I took the helm at Zamalek (in December), and I don't want this kind of players in my team.

"Technically, we don't need him, but it’s up to the club's board."

Zaki is believed to be targeted by some European sides, with some reports suggesting that he has no intention of fixing his relationship with Zamalek.

His agent Nader Shawki says Turkish giants Galatasaray, Fenerbahce and Besiktas are interested in the Mansoura-born ace.

Zaki had earlier revealed that he would like to make a Premiership comeback.

The 26-year-old has a history of misbehavior throughout his career.

He produced promising displays with Wigan, where he spent last season on a loan basis, but ended his adventure on a low note after repeatedly failing to report back on time from international duty.

His then boss Steve Bruce, who used to dish out praise for him, labeled the combative marksman 'the most unprofessional player he has ever worked with' after his recurrent problems of indiscipline.

Zaki was once tipped to join a high-profile European outfit in the close season, but his misconducts dissuaded all his suitors from approaching him.
