Egypt coach Hassan Shehata will make a late decision on the starting eleven who will face Ghana in the African Cup of Nations final, amid fitness concerns for Emad Meteb and Sayed Moawad, FilGoal.com understands.

Striker Meteb sustained a hamstring injury against Algeria and was almost certain to miss the game, but still has slight hope of making it.

Supersub Mohamed Nagi 'Geddo' is on stand-by to make his first CAN start.

On the other hand, full-back Moawad is struggling with a muscle problem and could be replaced by Mohamed Abdul-Shafi.

Ahmed Fathi is set to step in for Mahmoud Fathallah at the heart of defense, while Hossam Ghaly will join Ahmed Hassan and Hosni Abd-Rabou in midfield.

Egypt Line-Up

Al-Hadari- Saied, Gomaa, Fathi- Moawad (Abdul-Shafi), Al-Muhammadi- Abd-Rabou, Hassan, Ghaly- Zidan, Meteb (Geddo).
