After having their initial $500,000 offer immediately rejected by the Dervishes, the four-time Brazilian champions doubled their bid to acquire the services of the Egypt number one.
"The board will consider the offer on Wednesday after speaking with Al-Hadari," Ismaili board member Walid Al-Kilani told Modern Sport TV.
"We signed Al-Hadari for $600,000, so when the first bid was made, we were not ready to sell him for less than his original price."
Al-Hadari, who joined Ismaili from Swiss side Sion last summer, has been admittedly unhappy with life at Ismailia Stadium, largely due to the 'team's underachieving'.
The 37-year-old was linked with a move to Sudanese giants Merreikh, in addition to reported interest from English Championship side Watford.
Ismaili have been given a deadline 48 hours to respond to the bid from Brazil as the transfer window there closes by the end of March.
