Zamalek winger Hazem Emam has rubbished reports claiming that he met with Ahli marketing director Adli Al-Qaeyi to discuss a move to the Red Devils.

It was recently suggested that Emam fell out with Hossam Hassan because the coach has been snubbing him of late, but the talented right back strenuously denied the allegation.

Emam, who came through the White Knights' youth ranks, was also tipped to join Zamalek's arch-rivals Ahli at some point in the future.

However, the 21-year-old again stressed that he's fully committed to his club.

"I have never spoken to Al-Qaeyi," he told Dream TV. "I only see him on TV.

"After 15 years at Zamalek, I can say there is absolutely no prospect of leaving my boyhood club."

Emam came across as a revelation last term when he was promoted to a Zamalek first-teamer, but his form plummeted this season.

The one-club man admitted being 'physiologically affected' when he was omitted from Egypt squad for the 2010 Nations cup.

Emam was named in the Pharaohs' provisional squad for the Nations Cup, before he was left out of the final list.

Afterwards, he revealed that 'personal issues' also resulted in his distraction.

"I haven't been at my best for quite a while, and now I'm trying to get back to normal," Emam said.
