Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez hasn't received any offers from other clubs and doesn't want to leave Anfield, the Spaniard's agent said.

The 50-year-old was heavily criticized for Liverpool's string of poor results on all fronts this season, and for missing out on a UEFA Champions League spot for the first time ever.

But Benitez, whose contract with Liverpool runs out in 2014, has neither the opportunity nor the desire to depart despite the Reds' inconsistency.

"We have not received any offers from any club," Benitez's agent Manuel Garcia Quilon stated.

"Benitez's aim is to remain at Liverpool and try to help the team improve with new owners.

"He is under contract and his wish is to remain at Liverpool."

Serie A side Juventus and Spanish titans Real Madrid are believed to be interested in the Benitez's services.

Benitez should meet with new Liverpool chairman Martin Broughton soon to discuss next season's plans, including his own future.

Broughton, the chairman of British Airways, was appointed by Liverpool's American co-owners Tom Hicks and George Gillett to oversee the sale of the club.
