The Egypt midfielder is set to leave Saudi Arabia's Nassr at the end of the season after he inexplicably walked away ahead of a cup game last week.

Ghaly has been linked with a move to his boyhood club Ahli, and now their arch-rivals Zamalek are also in the race for his services.

"He's an excellent player," Zamalek's board member Hazem Emam told FilGoal.com. "Signing him will definitely pay off."

Nasser chairman Faisal bin Torki made it loud and clear that the former Tottenham Hotspur man will be offloaded soon for his 'unacceptable behavior'.
