"My club recently received several offers from Gulf sides, including Saudi team Faisli, but I believe that staying in the Egyptian Premier League is better than accepting any of these bids," he told FilGoal.com.
"I'm still hoping to get a worthwhile offer from a European club, otherwise I will stay in Egypt."
Geddo, the African Cup of Nations' top scorer, was embroiled in controversy after penning a deal to join Zamalek, right before extending his contract with Ittihad last season.
The White Knights filed a complaint to the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) but the governing body said Geddo should remain an Ittihad player.
A legal dispute between both clubs is expected to resurface as Zamalek could well re-open the case in the near future.
"My contract with Ittihad is still valid for another season, so I am staying put," Geddo said when asked about his status.
"If Zamalek's officials reach a new agreement with their Ittihad counterparts, I will seal the move. I don't mind wearing the white jersey but it have to be by mutual consent."
Geddo has been targeted by numerous clubs since starring for Egypt in the 2010 Nations Cup triumph, having been named the competition's top scorer.
