A Juju man from Kenya, where Mourinho spent a three-week summer vacation, claimed that the Portuguese asked his help before starting his new job in Madrid.

"I categorically deny this stupid and unbelievable story…which is an attempt to damage the image and professional credibility of Mourinho. Mourinho never talked to this person." Elado Parames told AFP.

"Jose Mourinho is profoundly Catholic and he believes in God. In matters that concern his professional life, he believes in hard work and not in the miracles of any old sorcerer."

Parames also added that Mourinho is considering taking legal action against the claims.
