Drogba, 32, is more than settled at Stamford Bridge after inspiring Chelsea's league crown with 29 goals last season.

However, a surprise might be on the cards for the Ivorian star in the close season.

"Today, he is at Chelsea but there might be some surprises before August 31," agent Thierno Seydi told French radio station RMC.

"The only direct contact I had was with Manchester City. But for now we stick with the status quo.

"We listen to everyone but Didier leaving Chelsea is not an easy task because everything is there for him to do well.

"He is 32 and open to everything. At his age, I cannot ignore the financial aspect."
