"I still have four years left on my contract with Borussia, but I know that clubs are looking at me in Italy," Barrios said on Argentine website Ole.

"Napoli want me and so do Manchester City."

Barrios made a fine impact in his first season with Dortmund after joining from Chilean side Colo-Colo in the summer of 2009.

He forged a productive partnership with Egypt forward Mohamed Zidan, scoring 19 goals in the German Bundesliga as Dortmund finished fifth to earn a place in the Europa League.

Barrios was a member of Paraguay's side for the World Cup but he could not score at the South Africa finals, where his side bowed out at the quarter-final stage after losing to eventual champions Spain.
