The 26-year-old joined Ismaili after ending a short spell with Libyan side Nasr.
He began his career with Nigerian club Julius Berger but made his name with Sudanese giants Hilal, whom he joined in 2006.
He played a key role in helping Hilal reach the 2007 African Champions League semi final and was part of their Sudan Premier League winning squads in 2007 and 2009.
Ismaili have also signed Moroccan forward Abdessalam Benjelloun and free agent Mostafa Gaafar to strengthen an unproductive frontline which cost the team dearly last season.
The Dervishes' new coach Mark Wotte demanded the immediate signing of new strikers after his team slumped to a surprise 1-0 defeat by Algeria's JS Kabylie in their Champions League group stage opener earlier this week.
Mohsen Abou-Greisha and Ahmed Ali, who played upfront against Kabylie, failed to threaten opposing defense.
"We greatly needed those new signings," Ismaili assistant coach Ashraf Khedr said on the club's official website.
"We suffered a lot last season and found ourselves in selection dilemma when either Abou-Greisha or Ali got injured, we had no substitutes.
"I think we will get rid of that problem after signing three strikers in the close season."
Ismaili, who finished third last season, open their Egyptian Premier League campaign against Petrojet on August 6.
