FilGoal.com has learned that the FAF board members and chairman Mohamed Raouraoua were formally invited to sit down with their Egyptian counterparts before next month's Group B clash.
The meeting aims to end the problem that occurred between Egypt and Algeria last year once and for all.
The diplomatic ties between both countries were strained following two World Cup qualifiers last November.
Three Algerian players were injured after the team's bus was stoned in Cairo before Egypt's 2-0 victory that forced a playoff in Sudan few days later.
Egyptian supporters in Sudan said they were attacked by Algerian hooligans after the Desert Foxes won 1-0 to book a place in the World Cup finals in South Africa.
However, tensions have notably eased during the past few months amid public efforts in both countries to resolve the issue.
Kabylie were given a warm welcome when they faced Ismaili in Ismailia in their Champions League group stage opener earlier this month.
The Algerian outfit claimed all three points after beating the Dervishes 1-0 through a late goal from Belsalam Al-Saied.
