Ahli captain Hossam Ghaly believes that Sunday's Champions League clash with JS Kabylie could be a turning point in the Reds' season.

The Egypt midfielder has his sights on the treble through victory over the Algerians, who are currently in charge of Group B.

"The Kabylie game is the first step toward the Champions League trophy, which I hope to lift as the captain of Ahli," Ghaly told FilGoal.com.

"I am looking forward to winning everything with Ahli this season.

"All the players are aware of the importance of the game and its significance to our ambitions this season.

"Victory would see us go top, which will make it easier for us especially that our remaining matches will be in Egypt."

After playing in Algeria, Ahli host Kabylie and Heartland in Cairo, before visiting local rivals Ismaili in the final group game.
