The Red Devils lost 1-0 to Kabylie in an ill-tempered clash that witnessed an ugly brawl at the end between the visitors' players and the stadium's stewards.
The free-for-all erupted after Ahli midfielder Mohamed Shawky had a goal disallowed for offside with four minutes remaining.
The Egyptian champions were also infuriated after their bus was stoned before and after the game.
"Chairman Hamdi will hold a news conference on Sunday at 12:00 PM at the club's headquarters," Ahli said in a statement on their official website on Saturday.
"He will clarify everything related to Ahli's game against Kabylie in the Champions League."
Ahli have already filed a complaint to Confederation of African Football (CAF) over the incidents that marred the game.
They also criticized Togolese referee Kokou Djaoupe for adding just four minutes to the regular time and sending off midfielder Hossam Ghaly late in the match for no apparent reason.
Ahli, who have four points, and Kabylie, who top Group B with maximum nine points, will meet again in Cairo on August 29.
"Hamdi will also reveal the club's preparations to welcome Kabylie in the next African game," Ahli added.
