ENPPI coach Stoycho Mladenov was handed a one-match touchline ban after being sent off during the surprise 3-1 Egyptian Premier League victory over Zamalek.

Mladenov was dismissed from the dug-out for protesting against the lineman's decisions during Monday's encounter.

The Egyptian FA said on their official website on Thursday that the Bulgarian tactician was also fined EGP 5,000.

ENPPI claimed their first ever win over Zamalek after producing a fine attacking display at Arab Contractors Stadium.

Mladenov, who guided CSKA Sofia to two Bulgarian league titles in 2003 and 2008, took charge of the petroleum club in the second half of last season.

They finished eighth in the league last term.

ENPPI opened their new campaign in a convincing fashion, bagging six points from three games.

The 2005 Egyptian Cup winners are third in the table, three points behind Ismaili and Military Production who secured maximum nine points.
