The 30-year-old, who had joined Ittihad on a free transfer in June, took a swipe at Brazilian boss Cabral because he hasn't named him for the last three league matches.
Saied featured for the coastal side's Egyptian Premier League opener against MCDR but fell down the pecking order afterwards for no apparent reason.
The controversial defender first said he will not get back to Ittihad as long as Cabral is at the helm, but had a change of heart after a meeting with chairman Mohamed Moselhi.
"I sat down with club president Mohamed Moselhi and he asked me to get back in training," Saied told FilGoal.com.
"I agreed to do so because he asked me to, and also because I respect Ittihad's fans.
"But during training sessions, I will be completely ignoring Cabral.
"If he wants to pick me I am ready but if he doesn't, I will be leaving quietly in January."
Ittihad, who are yet to score their maiden victory this season, lie 12th on three points in the league table after three draws and one defeat.
