Chelsea hitman Didier Drogba implied that he might not spend the rest of his glittering career at Stamford Bridge.

The Ivorian ace, one of the Blues' best players of all time, has joined the London outfit from Marseille since 2004.

Throughout the past six years, Drogba has been instrumental in helping Chelsea win a number of trophies and now is deemed a cult figure at the club.

The 32-year-old once said he wanted to stay at Carlo Ancelotti's side till he hangs up his boots.

But he later retratcted his statements.

"When I signed a new contract at Chelsea, I always said I wanted to finish my career here," Drogba, who still has two years on his contract, told Canal Plus.

"But I am well placed to say that anything can happen.

"When I was at Marseille I said I would finish my career there but, one week later, everything changed."
